As I bought this smaller knife for my wife she thinks it is good size for her hand. There is a small raised edge of the knifes tang that can be felt above the handle and that is dissappointing but not overly and has been remedied on the bench grinder. Overall, she likes the knifes sharpness and size and feels it is good quality steel.
