
Chef Francesco Acquaviva was born in Rome. He started his career early at 14 years old. Chef Francesco travels around Europe every year to acquire new experiences with passion.
His remarkable determination landed him at the tri-starred Roman restaurant La Pergola. There, Chef Francesco showed all his passion for the sweet side of the meal.
His passion brought him to Dubai for another experience in 2013. Having fallen in love with the city, he stays at one of the most famous restaurants in Dubai, Social by Heinz Beck.
