For an item ships from one of our US fulfillment centers, you will get free 3 business day shipping service with tracking number.
If an item is out of stock in the USA, please Contact Us. We will check our stock in Japan, and inform you of the shipping cost and estimated date of shipping. In case import duties, or other additional costs are accrued, it is the buyer’s responsibility.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund at your return shipping cost. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs.
